Michelle has been with CKRC since 1991 and is responsible for managing CKRC's efforts on regulatory and technical issues. Michelle also serves as a contact with the federal government. She also works directly with members of CKRC's committees to effectively monitor, identify, and appropriately respond to regulatory initiatives that have the potential to impact cement kilns’ energy recovery technologies.
Michelle has a B.S. in Education from the University of Texas and an M.S. in Environmental Science and Policy from The Johns Hopkins University.
